Keeping the athlete healthy and available is the ultimate goal. Program is designed to not only maintain strength, but to help build strength/power while the athlete is in-season and off-season.

Coach Robak Training

Summer hours (starts June 3rd)

Athlete Training offered:

Monday 12:00-1:00 pm

Wednesday 12:00-1:00 pm

Friday 12:00-1:00 pm

On-going Membership Options:

1x per week - $80

2x per week - $135

3x per week - $175

4x per week - $200

(memberships are billed every 4 weeks)
