Keeping the athlete healthy and available is the ultimate goal. Program is designed to not only maintain strength, but to help build strength/power while the athlete is in-season or off-season

Coach Robak Training

SUMMER classed offered, May 30th thru Mid-August:

1:30pm - 2:30pm Monday

1:30pm - 2:30pm Wednesday

1:30pm - 2:30pm Thursday

On-going Membership Options:

1x per week - $80

2x per week - $135

3x per week - $175

(memberships are billed every 4 weeks)

Non-Summer months, classes offered:

Monday 7:30-8:30 pm

Tuesday 4:30-5:30 pm

Thursday 4:30-5:30 pm

Saturday 10:00-11:00 am

They cover a lot of ground, from youth to “not so young” and ask all the right questions to help you achieve goals. I have been a member for just over 3 years.
