Level 4 takes strength training to the next level. Once you have learned your baseline weighs that you can lift and you have good form then it's time to step it up.
This L4 program will have specific programming separate from the L3 class. These athletes will be able to challenge themselves in the weight room. The programming will allow them to navigate their success by pushing themselves to the next level. Athletes won't be held back based on the others in the gym...achieve your max potential!!
This program is devoted to developing “Power Athletes”. We will Press, Pull, Hinge, Squat, Sprint, and Jump. The end goal is to develop absolute strength in the Power Clean, Back Squat, and Bench Press. Also to improve overall times in the 20/40 yard dash and 10 meter fly sprint.
Strength, Stamina, Flexibility and Cardiovascular Capacity are all highly trainable and significant improvements can occur at all ages with the proper training program. This program will include aspects of the following:
Speed – Running mechanics and agility
Power – Strength training and plyometrics
Conditioning – Proper conditioning to improve work capacity
Flexibility – Increasing joint and muscle strength and durability
In-Season Training - Supplement your sports training with strength and conditioning even when you are in season. Don't let your gains suffer when you are working on your skills. We have options of training 2 or 1 times per week, that will allow you to maintain the strength while in-season.

4:30pm-5:30pm - Monday, Wednesday & Friday
6:30pm-7:30pm - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
9:45am-11:15am - Saturday
Membership Options:
1 Day per week - $65 every 4 weeks
2 Days per week - $105 every 4 weeks
3 Days per week - $156 every 4 weeks
