First Step to joining Flatlander Fitness: Schedule your free workout and fitness consultation.

You have decided to make health and fitness a priority in your life and join a community that will support you in those efforts.  You may be thinking that you don’t know anyone and you are not in good enough shape yet.  But don’t worry about that, Flatlander’s community is fun-loving and welcoming.  We all were in your shoes when we started.

The free session will give you the opportunity to experience Flatlander Fitness' group training. You will also sit down with a personal coach to review your health and fitness goals. This will give you an opportunity to see what our community is all about and learn our approach to fitness.

After your initial visit your coach will determine how many one-on-one sessions you will need prior to joining group classes.  The one-on-one sessions will ease you into Flatlander’s workouts and prepare you for group training.
