Since joining Flatlander Fitness I realized how much time and energy I wasted going to a commercial gym. At Flatlander as soon as I walk in the door the hardest part is over because I DON’T NEED TO CREATE MY WORKOUT! It is a game changer having someone there to explain what you are doing, why you are doing it, and how to do it. I no longer worry about doing something incorrectly or if I look strange because the other member’s are in the same boat. Flatlander has made working out convenient, productive, and overall enjoyable. It is a wonderful community to be a part of and a decision you won’t regret!

No matter what you are looking for in fitness, Flatlanders is the place. Blake, Sonia and Robert have extensive knowledge in fitness and overall health. They cover a lot of ground, from youth to “not so young” and ask all the right questions to help you achieve goals. I have been a member for just over 3 years. Both of my kids are also members, and their progress is evident in their respective sports. They continue to push themselves to get better. For some period of time I knew I needed to change my eating habits and both lose weight and change my body composition. In May of 2019 I finally made the commitment to do that in order to feel and look better for a special gathering of college classmates in Sep. Thus began a focused program with Robert to achieve that goal. Robert provided a simple meal plan, 24 hour access for questions, support and encouragement along with bi-weekly check-ins. With close monitoring, my plan was adjusted as required and allowances for holidays were encouraged. Who can celebrate July 4th without a beer and ribs. We not only met the initial goal, rather exceeded it and have maintained in spite of end of year holidays. By making this change, I have increased energy, maintained strength and find I am able to push harder in my workouts. Additionally, by working closely with Robert I am better positioned to maintain this transformation long term. Many thanks Robert for helping me make this change.
