First Step to joining Flatlander Fitness: Schedule a free one-on-one fitness assessment and consultation.
You have decided to make health and fitness a priority in your life and join a community that will support you in those efforts. You may be thinking that you don’t know anyone and you are not in good enough shape yet. But don’t worry about that, Flatlander’s community is fun-loving and welcoming. We all were in your shoes when we started.
The intro session will give you the opportunity for your initial Flatlander experience to be a one-on-one session with a personal coach. The purpose of this session for us to get to know you and your goals and complete a quick fitness assessment. You will also have an opportunity to see what our community is all about and learn our approach to fitness.
After the Consultation, your coach will determine how many one-on-one session you will need prior to joining group classes. The one-on-one sessions will ease you into Flatlander’s workouts and prepare you for group training.
