Level 1 Training


It’s never too early to get your kids moving in the gym.

The Youth program is designed to introduce and create foundations of overall athleticism in a fun, positive, and high-success environment. Our Youth curriculum places a high priority on running technique, athletic coordination, balance and relative strength and the introduction of essential muscular movement patterns. These are vital in establishing a child’s athletic foundation for improved performance, injury prevention, long-term enjoyment of sports participation and confidence.





LEVEL 1 YOUNG ATHLETES – ages 8-11

At this time, we will not be holding a summer session for this age group.


Summer session

June 2nd - August 6th (10 weeks)

Tuesday & Thursday at 6:30pm to 7:30pm
