These classes will help increase your mobility, balance, and self-awareness so you can feel good and reduce your risk of injury.

Yoga also helps improve breathing capacity and connects the mind and body which leads to improved performance in the gym, competition, and everyday life! Everyone is welcome. No experience is necessary, just come with an open-mind.

Series classes are held for 4 to 6 weeks at a time with one 60 minute class each week designed to help students feel good in their own body.
