Coaching Notes: It’s the day after Murph so come in, and keep that #fitforlife mindset, move and keep moving as its better than nothing. Try to average about 2 min per round, so keep the weights light enough to get some blood flow. Make sure to set up your weights on the perimeter to keep the middle open for bear crawls.
