I made this recipe last week and we loved it. I added half an avocado to increase the creaminess and a bit of cinnamon because I love cinnamon. The secret ingredient is cauliflower! The cruciferous veggie that’s packed with nutrients. I used the organic riced cauliflower from the frozen section at Trader Joes which made things super easy.
