Group Training

Our group training classes is a General Physical Preparedness (GPP) program. Our group classes provide a total-body workout that combine elements of strength training, cardio, weightlifting, gymnastics, core stability and more. Our goal is to develop your inner athlete and prepare the body for living life to its fullest. Our workouts are suited for all ability levels and we will work with each individual to ensure they are achieving their specific goals.

Olympic Weightlifting Club

Snatch and Clean & Jerk are the name of the game. These lifts and their variations will be the foundation of the class. Both the Snatch and Clean & Jerk are technically demanding and therefore deserve a class where they can be practiced exclusively. We are Flatlander Athletics a certified USA Weightlifting Gym.

Yoga

In yoga, the flexibility of your mind is far more important that the flexibility of your body. Mobility is a strong point of focus, but you’ll also get to know yourself a lot better and learn to use your breath more efficiently. Classes are open to all ability levels.
