Teams of Five

One teammate starts at each station

  1. 200’ Broad Jump
  2. Plank Hold
  3. American KB swing 53/35
  4. Row for calories
  5. Wall Balls 20/14

After each teammate completes the 200’ broad jump then everyone rotates to the next movement.  Tally your wall balls and KB swings after each rotation, the rower will keep a running total of Calories.  Final score is total number of wall balls, KB swings and calories.
