This healing bowl with turmeric sweet potatoes, poached eggs, and lemon dressing from looked too yummy not to share. Although I haven’t made this exact recipe, a lot of my meals resemble something like this and I can say they are satisfying on many levels. Also, turmeric helps to reduce inflammation – so that awesome. I would recommend adding black pepper to this too though because it helps with absorption and use of the turmeric in our body.
