First Step to joining CrossFit 333: Schedule a free one-on-one fitness assessment and consultation.

You have decided to be in the best shape of your life and join a community that will support you in those efforts.  The intro session will give you the opportunity for your initial CrossFit 333 experience to be a one-on-one session with a personal coach. The purpose of this session for us to get to know you and your goals and complete a quick fitness assessment.  You will also have an opportunity to see what the CrossFit 333 community is all about and learn our approach to fitness.

After the Consultation, your coach will determine how many one-on-one session you will need prior to joining group classes.  The one-on-one sessions will ease you into CrossFit 333’s workouts and prepare you for group training.
