3 rounds of 5 minutes each with a 1 minute rest between rounds

#1 – Farmers Carry 45/25# – 3 laps then switch

#2 – Plank Hold

#3 – AMRAP, Round 1 – KB swing 53/35#

Round 2 – Thrusters 45/35#

Round 3 – HRPU

Everyone switches movements when team members finishes 3 laps of farmers carry.  Your score is the AMRAP movements, count how many each member does of KB swings, Thrusters and HRPUs.
