40 Plate Sit-ups 10/25/35 pound plate (one working)
100M OH Plate walk with 10/25/35 pound plate (both working)
Coaching Notes: Shoot for either more reps, or more weight on the bench than you did on Tuesday. Get ready for some bigger pushes next week on the bench.
